I am just sitting on a log atop of a knob somewhere in VA headed toward Bland. My goal is to get to Bland for some late dinner ( mile 597.6). Great day and feeling good. Thanks for all of the continued prayers. God is faithful!
Thanks for the great pictures and updates. Glad to hear you are feeling better. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May the Lord keep you strong! Enjoy the beauty of nature!
I was thinking of you and wondered how the hike was going. Sounds like you were ill … hope that subsides and you can get into the groove and feel better. Prayed for you today. “If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us, Then they would be swallowed us alive. When their wrath was kindled against us; Then the wathers would have overwhelmed us, the stream would have gone over our soul; Then the swollen waters would have gone over our soul.” I was just reading this, and have been blessed … even when overwhemed, we are not drowned when our God is on our side. Best to you with good trails ahead, brother. –Joe
